Kudos to your rewards customer service staff!! I had to call on Thursday because for some reason my triple rewards didn't work. They were totally awesome fixed it told me how to hand it over last to make it work for sure. Went shopping today and for some reason i had a different card number and no points. which also... meant my triples wouldn't' work as it wasn't my "card". I was very excited customer service was open a Saturday. He found the girl on Thursday made a typo on my last name messing things up. He was quick to fix it, add in the triple points, and was very apologetic about the mistake. Way impressed on the awesome service by both reps!! Loved all your awesome deals this week!
