Kroger The Truly Awesome Cookie!!!

I was recently selected by Buzz Agent for a sample and coupon share for Kroger's new Truly Awesome Chocolate Chips. We were comparing them to Chips Ahoy when we first got them. They are kinda similar however the Kroger brand was way better in test and texture. I have never cared for how "crunchy" chips ahoy are. However the Kroger brand had some crunch but not so much that you didn't enjoy the cookie.

Absolutely look forward to buying more of these in the future for both kids school lunches and for snacking around the house!!!!!

A Smurf Party!!!

Remember that cool movie from this summer!! I was chosen through Crowdtap to host a Smurf party! The kids had a blast!! When all the others came over we had the old school version of Smurfs playing on the tv followed by the actual movie!! Most the kids hadn't seen the movie so it was fun seeing them watch it as well.

We also had a BLUE dinner as well. We cooked up some blue pancakes!! Don't they look SMRUFTASTIC!!!!

Crowdtap what is it and how does it work??

Well after I posted the coat sample I had received I realized I had never talked about what crowd-tap is and how it works!!

The first thing you have to do is sign up !!


Then go through the process and set up all your account basics and profiles (don't worry you earn points for doing all that!!) and most important pick your charity to earn for as well as yourself!

Then go to the home page and click on Quick Hits

What this does is help you to earn points and grow your reputation on crowd-tap

Why do you need points?
Points advance your level. The higher the level the more offer you get!!


Now the important stuff how do I get paid!!!

Well first step is your quick hits. Every once in awhile you will be asked your opinion on things (websites, videos, blogs) and to give a thumbs up or down. You are then challenged to to find friends (normally 5-8 friends) to view the same information and give a thumbs up or down. Then you are reward with $$!!!!

New actions

This is were you answer questions that will get you into sample groups and discussions. These will allow you to earn more points, earn money, and build reputation and if you are lucky you will get selected to sample awesome products!!!

Old Navy Crowdap Coat Sample

Buzz Agent Burts Bees Review

I was recently selected to review and sample by the Buzz agent site the Burts Bees natural lines!! In my sample kit I got a full size bottle of face wash and a smaller sample of the lotion that accomponies it in the burst be line!! A little bit about these products


This soap-free facial cleaner is clinically proven to moisturize sensitive skin while gently cleansing away dirt, oil and makeup without over drying or causing redness or irritation. Also, it:

• Contains Quillaja, which is extracted from the bark of the Soapbark tree and provides a natural foaming lather
• Contains Yucca, a desert plant high in saponins, which have traditionally been used in cleansing
• Costs $9.99

This face wash really worked!!! I was very hestiant because the first ingredient is water. It is slightly runny but does a great job. The only thing i would change is to maybe put some kind of natural explofiant in it to give a deep scrub but for an overall cleaning it was very light and left you skin feeling soft!! As well as that it didn't seem to allow my face to get oily like some washes do.

My husband even tried this product (as I left it in the shower) and loved it. He works for KFC so oily skin is pretty much almost a given for him because of how much he sweats and working with actual oil. He said his face felt refreshed not tingly like with the other face washes and his skin felt soft to!!

Sensitive Daily Moisturizer

This all day, nourishing moisturizer is clinically proven to moisturize sensitive skin without causing redness or irritation. Also, it:

• Contains Rice Extract to moisturize
• Contains Aloe to soothe
• Is Non-Comedogenic (it won't clog pores)

I actually don't need moisturizer on my face so I used this on parts of my leg. As a jogger and really active person I have had some dry patches appear from wearing my capris in the chill. Well this has seem to help stop those dry patches that had been appearing to clear up!!!

Overall way impressed with the campign!! All of the people I gave samples to were so excited to try the product as they already love the burts bee line and the coupon for them was icing on the cake!! many already had plans for products they wanted to use it on!!! Or to try a new product.

Fekkai Buzz Agent Review

I was so excited to be selected to do a review of Fekkai shampoo and conditioner by buzz agent!! When I got the kit I was so excited to see the size of the shampoo and conditioner bottles as well as the fact they sent samples of other variates and cream to hand out to my friends!! I thought it was super neat that they included a history of the company as well as the DVD. One of my gf told me shes loyal to them but they are pricey.

The variety I got was the glossing version of the Fekkai line. This is the description of it
Shine-enhancing shampoo infused with pure olive oil extract which gently cleanses and adds luster to normal or dull hair.

And it did just that!!! It seems though the bottle was small I don't have to use as much shampoo!! It threw me off the first time as I put a ton in my hair the first time!! I kinda like that it doesn't lather like normal but again really threw me off. The smell is amazing!! I love how this shampoo smells so wonderful!!!!

The conditioner is extremely different. I read another review today that says you are supposed to comb your hair out while the conditioner is in. So I am gonna try that tonight. One thing I have definitely noticed is that i have a slight curl to my hair. Well with this shampoo and conditioner I have had full out curls on my hair!! Its been crazy but of course only the underside (Will admit I have slightly special hair sometimes!!!)

The only thing I wish was that the buzz sample had come with coupons. I will be watching for this item to go on sale or deals online but it won't be a product I can afford on a regular basis. So thankful to have gotten the opportunity to try this product from buzz agent!!

I recently was selected by Buzzagent to do a campaign for http://stylefind.com.   It is free to create an account. And I have to say this will be a favorite tool of mine for finding hot deals for a LONG time!!

The first time I logged in I was at first just blown away by the prices!! I realize they were designers but I am used to the target price range and the second hand stores.  One income house this is mainly all we can afford. 

The second time I logged in thats when I figured out the site for real.  So if you suffer from sticker shock this is the first thing you need to do.  After you open your category click on the  on sale or under $100.  Then you can pick your price range so you don't overspend on an impulse. I promise even in $0-$25 with free shipping I found rocking shirts I want!!

What else is great after you do the sale thing is you cna click on color!!! I wear mainly black or blue tops so that made it way easy to look through and see what they have available in my colors and for lower end of cost for a high end product.

Then to make this site even more amazing they have coupons on it!!! Yes coupons on a style site!!! They were good for so many different retailers its awesome!!! To make it even better they have member only deals that are kinda like Savemore deals but for beauty items it looked like!!
