Man people aren't lying how expensive things are in Hawaii!! I was floored when we stopped at Safeway for some quick things for breakfast and snacks. We ended up finding out that the hotel had Gas BBQS available for use. So two nights we grilled steak. We all decided if we do a trip like this we need to plan this out to happen again. It was so much fun just chilling and chit chatting in a friendly setting like that. We hit up costco for the meat, kmart for the the utensiles, plates, napkins, beer (Stupid men cost me as much as the dang meat!!) and seasoning. Then a local market for side salads and sodas.
Another tip i got there was to go to Walmart for souvenirs!!!We bulk bought postcards there, keychains for hubbys staff, and we got cute stuff at kmart for our children. It was insane the price differences from there to the regular stores but it was worth comparing. Looking into local stores helped us to know were we were going for things specifically and also where things were to save on gas from in the rental car.
We rented a ccar through budget. We used coupon codes from costco to get $30 a day off and a free GPS and second driver. We did the prepaid gas refill which was great cause the last day we were there gas jumped $.05 a gallon.
His company paid for the airfare (We flew on hawaiin great customer service!!) and the hotel. We paid for the rental car and our meals.

This was the first thing we saw coming into the hotel!! This is a huge pond in the middle around the "convention" rooms and event rooms. it was crazy the fish kept trying to jump out!!

Yup roosters pool side!! Those things are every were there its in sane!! We weren't even like in the "country" but we got woken up by roosters every morning!!!
The view from our hotel room!! Each of those green octagons were over a hot tub for total of FIVE of them!!!!! The pool was amazing!!!!! We could hear the ocean from our room as well!! It was amazing!!

Went drove to the "end of the road" our last free day. This pond goes back inti the caverns its so still and clear!! You could see pebbles in the bottom of it thats how clear it was and so STILL!! It was kinda erry but so pretty!!!!
These were amazing little falls we saw. From the top we could see through to the bottom of the pond at the bottom. Just so beautiful!!!
See the danger sign? Yeah the men were trying to get through the fence to go to the top of the falls. For some reason hubby thought fall jumping would be fun?? (no they didn't do it but it was funny listening to them go no you first!!)
We reached the end of the road. There is a trail that is 14 miles long. It takes you to the water fall that opens Jurassic Park. But two miles in is a beach that I guess hubby thought we could make it to. The whole way is rocks like this! It was really We probably would have done the whole hike but this is what three out of four of us were wearing.
Yes my husband was the ONLY ONE with real tennis shoes on!!! He told us that all we were doing was shopping so would put on tennis shoes in Hawaii? We stopped at several beaches so it was handy having the flip flops on. Till it came to hiking!!

This was a 3/4 miles in! Yes hubby had a MASSIVE reality check. He realized how out of shape he really is. His poor friends thought he was gonna have a heart attack. We turned around at this point. We were worried about him going further as sad as it is i am hoping this will serve him so good. I think four months ago I wouldn't have felt as good doing this hike but it was amazing!!! He kept commenting how he couldn't believe how in shape i was!! Funny how this has me more motivated to get more in shape.
This was a laloua ( i so misspelled that!!) that the hotel/company put on the last night. Was crazy insane!!! Was a fancy dinner but no pig roasted :( Was kinda bummed that woulda been a blast!!! Over all it was a fun trip!! And very relaxing. I so didn't miss laundry while I was gone!!!!! It was hard being from my kids but was fun!!

I was so excited to receive this Bzz Agent campaign!! It couldn't have come at a better time. Just last week my husband and I went to Hawaii for a company trip. I am not normally a full out makeup girl but I told him I would to be "girly". We had nice dinners and meetings to attend.
